Structured content. Clearly formulated. Purpose-driven.
Language structures information, creates orientation and strongly influences whether content is understood, accepted and used. Clear, appropriate wording is not loud, but reliable – supporting professionalism, clarity and consistency.
My work with texts is not promotional copywriting, but the linguistic shaping of content with a defined function. The focus is on clarity, structure and appropriateness with regard to target audience, context and medium.
A key focus of my work is the revision and further development of existing content. Texts are often factually correct, but linguistically overloaded, poorly structured or not appropriate for their intended audience.
I support organisations, among other things, with:
This also includes professional post-editing of existing English texts, in particular the linguistic and functional revision of machine- or AI-generated content. The focus is on clarity, terminological consistency and suitability for purpose.

New texts are developed where content needs to be newly structured, precisely formulated or clearly organised. Work is carried out within defined parameters, for example on the basis of a briefing, a specific objective or existing materials.
This includes, among other things:
Here, too, the principle applies: texts should not draw attention to themselves, but function reliably – clear, coherent and appropriate to the situation.
Collaboration is project-based and conducted in close coordination. Depending on the task, I work with existing source material or develop new content within a clearly defined framework. Text assignments without a defined purpose, context or functional orientation do not correspond to my understanding of professional practice.
