Language structures information, provides clarity, and plays a key role in whether content is understood, accepted, and used. Clear, appropriate language does not need to be loud to be effective – it supports professionalism, transparency and consistency.

My work focuses on the linguistic and structural development of functional content. Clarity, impact and suitability for the target audience, context and medium are always at the heart of my approach.

Working with existing texts

A key area of my work is revising and further developing existing content, from linguistic optimization to structural refinement and adaptation for specific target audiences.

I provide support with:

Creating new content

New texts are needed wherever content must be newly developed, precisely worded, or clearly structured. They may be based on a briefing, a defined objective or existing source material.

This includes:

• developing new content for websites, information materials and presentations
• writing introductions, short-form content and structured text elements
• writing support for corporate and organizational communications
• drafting speeches and texts for events or similar occasions

Here too, texts should fulfill their purpose – clearly, coherently and appropriately for the situation.

I work on a project basis and in close consultation with my clients. Depending on the assignment, I revise existing content or develop new texts within a clearly defined framework.
